The primary mission of the MYE is to empower youths through various support services such as networking, leadership, information and training for a better change in the future. In pursuit of this mission, the MYE will assist its members to diagnose and satisfy their own needs as well as the needs of the society they serve. It will assist the youths in meeting their goals and to be able to initiate and maintain self-sustaining development and hence fulfil its role in the uplifting of the disadvantaged and underprivileged society at large.
